MesaCAN accepts cash donations as well as volunteer help. To donate your time and talent as a volunteer click here.
Cash Donations:
If donating to a qualifying organization
that serves the working poor (MesaCAN is such an organization),
donors receive a tax credit of up to $200 on their Arizona
state taxes. The tax credit is available if donors itemize
their tax return, and it establishes a base line year for
charitable contributions. The base line year is 1996 or
the first year after a donor itemizes deductions on his
or her tax return. Arizona permits residents to take a tax
credit (not just a deduction) for up to $200 for the contribution
that is above the base line year amount.

Other ways to Donate:
Assist a family with a month of rental assistance.
Keep a bed available for the East Valley Men's Center.
Provide supplemental food for a family of four for 1 month.
Furnish and provide supplies for a Case Manager's office.
